Registered office: Al Khatem Tower, ADGM Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE. 1.3 We are authorized and regulated by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (AGDM) and Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) (reference number: __________) in relation to regulated credit agreements and are a registered account information service provider (reference number: ____________).
2. Accessing our site
2.1 We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below) or close it indefinitely. We bear no liability for the unavailability of our site for any reason at any time or any period.

3. Transactions concluded through our site
LNDDO is in the business of providing financial services to companies incorporated and operating in the UAE through its state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology. The loans can vary from borrower to borrower depending on the requirements and repayment capabilities. LNDDO uses the information collected through its website and mobile application and appropriately notifies the user to manage its business and offer a personalized application journey for each user. Further, it enables LNDDO to:
• Process applications, requests, and transactions
• Maintain internal records as per regulatory guidelines
• Provide services to customers, including responding to customer requests
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Recognize the user when an online transaction is conducted
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant product and service offerings and customized offers
• Obtain necessary rankings/ratings from various agencies (including AECB)
4. Materials in site and software rights
4.1 All copyrights, trademarks, patents, design rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to our site and the materials published on it (including, but not limited to, the underlying software, the design, graphics, layout, feel, and structure of our sites) will be and remain the sole property of us or our licensors. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
4.2 You shall retain ownership of all copyright in data you upload or submit to the Site. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, exclusive, royalty-free, non-terminable license to use, copy, distribute, publish and transmit such data in any manner.

6. Your liability
6.1 You shall compensate us in full if we incur any losses or if any claims or legal proceedings are brought or threatened against us by any other person arising from your use of our website, as well as any information uploaded by you on our site.
6.2 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and expense (including reasonable legal fees) related to any breach by you of these terms and conditions or arising from your use of our site, including any information uploaded by you on our site.
6.3 You acknowledge and agree that we, one of our affiliated companies, officers, employees, or some other person connected with us may have an interest, relationship, or arrangement that is material to an investment or transaction you enter into via the Site and which could give rise to a conflict of interest. 6.6 To for the services you will be required to follow a sign-up process. 9. Linking your bank account
9.1 When you create a user account, you will have the ability to link your bank account. (note that this service is limited to bank accounts provided by certain banks). For this section 9, this service will be referred to as our “Open Banking Service”.
9.3 To link your bank account, you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by your bank, at which point you will be prompted to enter your online banking credentials. It is your responsibility to ensure that your online banking credentials are kept safe and confidential and you should contact your bank directly if you believe that they have been compromised or disclosed in any way.
9.4 Any information or notifications concerning our Open Banking Service (including fraud or security threats) will be communicated to you at the email address which you use to log in to your account.
9.5 The terms of our Open Banking Service (as outlined in section 10) are in English and any communications with you concerning them will be in English.
9.6 You have the right to request a copy of the terms of our Open Banking Service at any time.
9.7 We will provide you with at least a 2-week notice before making any changes to the terms of our Open Banking Service. During the notice period, you will have the right, without charge, to stop using our Open Banking Service and revoke our access.
10. Jurisdiction and applicable law
The Abu Dhabi Global Market (AGDM) and Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) govern all our agreements and covenants. For any disputes and settlement wrt. Services offered by LNDDO, the jurisdiction shall solely be ADGM, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
11. Complaints Any complaints with regards to LNDDO’s services should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 9.7 above, we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, and the amended terms will be posted on this website.
We may perform any of our obligations, and exercise any of the rights granted to us under these Terms, through a third party. We may novate and assign any or all our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party.
If any clause or part of any clause of these Terms is found to be void, unenforceable, or invalid, then it will be severed from these Terms, leaving the remainder in full force and effect, provided that the severance has not altered the basic nature of these Terms.
No single or partial exercise or failure or delay in exercising any right, power, or remedy by us shall constitute a waiver by us of, or impair or preclude any further exercise of, that or any right, power, or remedy arising under these terms and conditions or otherwise.
All disclaimers, indemnities, and exclusions in these Terms shall survive termination of the Terms, and shall continue to apply during any suspension or any period during which the Site is not available for you to use for any reason whatsoever.
These Terms and the documents referred to in them set out the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the site and the services provided via the site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, communications, or agreements (written or oral) made between you or us.
